When people talk about the power of networking, it often sounds like a buzzword. But sometimes you get to see it happen in real life.
A great example of this is the new HOTWORX location opening in Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, where several members of the BNI Sunrise Inferno chapter have come together to help bring the project to life.
BNI is built on the philosophy of Givers Gain. Members support one another, refer business to one another, and collaborate where their services align. The HOTWORX Ronkonkoma project is a perfect example of that in action.

Several Sunrise Inferno members are now playing a role in the buildout and launch of the new fitness studio.
All Island Construction – George Nunnaro is helping lead the construction work involved in preparing the new space.
EAB Architecture – Erik Bjorneby is leading the design and planning of the space, helping bring the vision for the HOTWORX Ronkonkoma location to life.
And Pesce MediaWorks – Fred Pesce is supporting the project through marketing, digital presence, and online visibility.
Signarama Hicksville – Michael Dempsey is providing signage solutions that will help bring the HOTWORX brand to life both inside and outside the location.
Total Mechanical Systems – Al Pushnick is contributing mechanical and HVAC expertise to ensure the facility operates efficiently and comfortably.
Wolff Electric – Gregg Wolff is handling the electrical work needed to support the studio’s specialized equipment and buildout.

Each business brings a different specialty, but together they form a BNI Power Team, a group of professionals whose services complement one another and who regularly collaborate and refer work within their trusted network.
HOTWORX itself is an innovative fitness concept that combines infrared heat with virtually instructed workouts, offering members a unique and efficient way to train. The new Ronkonkoma location will bring this fast-growing fitness brand to Station Yards, an area that continues to attract new businesses and energy to the community.
Projects like this demonstrate what makes BNI different from traditional networking. It’s not just about exchanging business cards or making casual referrals. It’s about building real relationships with professionals you trust, and when opportunities arise, working together to help businesses grow.
The HOTWORX Ronkonkoma location is a great example of that collaboration in action.
And it shows exactly what happens when a group of local professionals share the same mindset: support each other, do great work, and help bring new businesses to life in the community.
