After years as a homicide prosecutor, I served as Chief of the Suffolk County DA’s Vehicular Crime Bureau and Deputy Chief in Nassau County, overseeing thousands of DWI and accident investigations involving serious injury or death. I am a director with the NY Trial Lawyers’ Association and previously served as a faculty instructor with the NYS Prosecutors Training Institute and both county Police Academies, my training and expertise spans accident investigation, reconstruction, and advanced trial advocacy.
